* A great quote from my New Style Crush - Jenna Lyons, a very true statement. * My Christmasy nails start now - updating my favourite shade of Essie polish some much needed glitter. * The glossy new Essie Ad campaign, a selection of gorgeous imagery - every shade of sparkle. * My new Filofax and a selection of divider images that make it so personal - check out my Filofax post here Organise in Style. * The first wave of Christmas lights, and its was only the beginning of November! Although this statement use of lights at my favourite jewelers Steffans in Market Harborough has brighten up my drive home from work. * Topshop shoe haul - visited Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield for a spot of Christmas shopping and may have ended up finding a great pair of moc croc loafer pumps (still available on topshop.com) and a pair of sale sandals i lusted after at full price - last pair and in my size so just had to have. * My personliased Tatty Devine charm necklace, the perfect collection of charms from my favourite jewllery brand - read my post here Chic Charms.
* My beautiful Willow posing for the camera mid hug! * So this year my husband James decided to take part in Movember, and raise some money for Men's health charity's. I was a little skeptical as he has a very young face and to be honest i wasn't sure he could grow a moustache - but armed with a photo of my dad who has the best RAF handlebar tasche, he took up the challenge. Here are the before and after pictures - very impressed that in 4 weeks something resembling a small furry caterpillar grew on his upper lip, and he managed to raise £150. * Another trip to the Royal & Derngate to see the one and only Ed Byrne - a nice Thursday night treat. * A great winter brooch - feathers and jewels, an ASOS purchase last year that looks great on my fedora. * The ultimate snuggly cardi. Wanted a longerline cardi and found this burgundy beauty with shearling trims from none other than Matalan.
* I have always loved Christmas in the office - my old workplace had a tradition of a office decoration off! which resulted in things such as full sized cardboard reindeer, a grotto made from a tent and a Santa mannequin dressed in velvet short (with white trim), Santa hat and walking boots! not just the usual snowflakes and baubles. So in my new office i wondered what Christmas would be like - so far i have been impressed. A Christmas tree in every area of the building including the warehouse, fairy lights fill the stairwell and the most beautiful tree outside accompanied by every outdoor light imaginable. The pics here olny show a flavour of the Christmas spirit in the Lands End office - will be a magical December.
Looking forward to December and the festive period.
