My June

* Summer days in the sun at the cricket with hubby & my brother in law. A large jug of Pimms and a picnic, both cricket essentials for me. * Willow enjoying the sun, such a pampered kitten she won't sunbathe on the floor - at least not when a sun lounger has been left un-attended!  * The jewelled bodice on my gorgeous mint green maxi dress, ready to glam up for my cruise. * I have wellingtons on the brain at the moment - i have an un-healthy obsession with this footwear it seems to have been my focus at work over the last 6 months. Cute but practical and so many colours/prints now avaliable.
* We celebrated our wedding anniversary on the 12th, can't believe it has been 3 years since our amazing wedding day. This years anniversary gift was leather - dropped hints that a Mulberry bag would fit this perfectly but no such luck!  * Anniversary dinner at Felix Yu in Northampton, our favourite venue for any special occassion (seriously the BEST chinese ever), well worth a visit if you ever find yourself in Northampton.

* My favourite outfits from this month. Now the sun is finally shining i have been able to dust off my favourite summer dresses and more importantly finally get some colour on my pale legs! Really liking this months mix of pastels and print. * Emphasizing my wellington obsession - this month's amazing sale bargain, Lilac gloss short Hunter's from Thackerays, a gorgeous boutique store in Northampton that i need supervision to visit as they have so many beautiful pieces from a variety of my favourite brands including: Ted Baker, Vivienne Westwood and Olivia Rubin. I am now ready for when the rain returns. * My latest nail wraps from H&M - £2.99 for 20 nails. Bold print but bargain price. * The cutest kitty picture - my latest screensaver at work, reminds me of my first kitten Mulberry.
* The most amazing little cookshop in Market Harborough, if the product wasn't pretty enough this pink/purple window display was the cherry on top. Although i am not much of a kitchen person (my hubby is a trained chef!) even i would cook if i owned all the goodies in this window especially the retro food mixer.

* Officially a grown up now, we are a two car family. His & Hers red Hyundai's. * My new t-shirt from New Look, not normally a fan of slogan t's but i couldn't resist the geeky kitten. * Finally the wait is over.... the Devil wears Prada sequel has arrived - "Revenge wears Prada". I have been counting down the days till it was released and can't wait to start reading it. * AW13 Mulberry campaign shots have arrived, another Tim Walker triumph and some beautiful pieces featured. Loving the typical British take on the campaign and really liking the use of owls although i am a little dissapointed that of all the beautiful women in the world they chose to use Cara Delevingne. Whilst she is stunning she is everywhere at the moment, and i think her look is too harsh for a feminine brand like Mulberry but the shots are still amazing. What do you all think??
* My favourite Pinterest images, a much more summery collection of pictures this month. * Dorothy Perkins Jeggings - my latest obsession. I may have gone a tad crazy and bought 3 pairs, in a variety of colours - denim, khaki and purple. I really struggle with jeans as the fashion industry seems to think that if you are a little on the larger side that you should not wear skinny jeans because your legs are also large! This is not the case and these are the perfect amount of skinny whilst fitting perfectly - thanks DP. * A random day out at Whipsnade Zoo with my hubby, decided that we needed a nice day out in the sunshine and whats better than enjoying nature and seeing some truly amazing animals. * The Elephant talk at the zoo, family show with baby, mum and aunty elephant. Even got to stroke the baby Elephant who was incredibly hairy. * Packing for my cruise, aided by my furry assistant who seems to think if she doesn't get out of the suitcase then she can come too.
