Must buy: Bardot tops

Bardot Tops

Following on from my outfit post on Sunday, i wanted to share what i believe will be the IT item of Spring/Summer 16 - the bardot top, a girly staple for any wardrobe. The perfect easy everyday top, sexy but not showing too much flesh. Ideal for styling up with a pair of jeans for a day shopping or your favourite denim shorts on the beach creating a boho look. While i appreciate a classic crisp white style with my denim, some of the gorgeous seasonal prints i have seen lend themselves to this kind of top nicely, especially when teamed with a white skinnies or a simple mini skirt.

My "best of" the highstreet picks and all under £35

I also love that this season you can also get bardot style dresses, a great way to expand on the trend and perfect for a gorgeous summers day with sandals and a cute tote.

So exfoliate those shoulders and embrace the sunshine in your choice of bardot - which one would you go for? Check out which one i bought and how i styled it in my post - Summer Stripes.
