After being semi impressed by the SS15 fashion week presentation, I was keen to see the latest campaign photography and how the new collection would be come across in print especially the beautiful prints and colours. My love for this British beauty has slowly dismissed over the last two or three seasons, I have not felt excited by the new additions to the handbag family or the campaign ideas, as you will have seen in my last few Mulberry posts.
Now I have finally seen the new shots, I am still not convinced by the collection however the photography is beautiful and really embraces the British blooms theme of the season. The biggest disappointment for me is that none of the stunning jacquard floral pieces have been shot - the main element of the SS15 presentation that i fell in love with. However I am so happy that Cara Delevinge has been replaced, although i am not a massive fan of Georgia May Jagger, she does as a softer more feminine and playful quality to the campaign, as opposed to the harder fashion edge of Cara .The thing about these images that has captured my attention is the colour palette and the almost vintage feel and it's simplistic styling.

As per usual the best element of the new collection is the accessories, not many new options this year but the reversible bag, Delphie is a great investment as essentially it's two for the price of one. The mix of pastels and bold geometric prints on the leather goods is a fresh take on the spring/summer season. Not normally a fan of the shoes, but this pastel blue and navy snakeskin effect sandals have defiantly captured my attention.
The photography is brought to life in the supporting video, which continues with the vintage vibe and touches of feminine glamour. Sit back and enjoy the video....
