Mia suede boots | Alex print shirt dress | Jade badge knit | Allie stripe trainer | Cerise blocked knit
Blush cashmere hoodie & joggers

Seems like forever since I did a wishlist post, so thought I would share my must have pieces from Mint Velvet for Autumn 2018.
*Worth noting I do work in-store for Mint Velvet, but all opinions and selections in this post are my own, as I truly love the product and wanted to share my favourites with you.

One of my favourite pieces for the season, is this statement pink coat. Its a gorgeous fit and the boldest colour...barbie eat your heart out! I love the idea of throwing it on over a really classic monochrome outfit and letting the coat do all the talking.

I am torn between my three knitwear picks - love them all but need to choose one to get for uniform! The grey one is classic but with a great splash of colour on and would look great teamed with skinny jeans as well as a skirt. The cerise blocked knit is unusual as the front/back/sleeves are all different colours but it works so well together and I have had my eye on this for a while now. Finally the wild card, is the jade badge knit, I love the green colour and the badging detail on the sleeve, but it is not my usual colour of choice so I dont know if this would be too far out of my comfort zone - I am however trying to push my fashion boundaries so this could be perfect.
Which would you choose?

One thing I love about Mint Velvet is their prints - so many this season and I love the way they combine prints to create something new and a little different. The Ava print blouse is covered in abstract stars and is a gorgeous combination of navy and blush pink, perfect teamed with denim. Whilst the Alicia spot/print dress is great to team with ankle boots and your favourite leather jacket - showing how easy it is to mix prints if you stick to one colour palette, but doing it for you! However my "must have" would have to be the Elyse midi skirt - this split panel skirt combines a stripe with a bold floral and mixed with an aysemetric cut makes it a beautiful piece which looks phenomenal with knee high boots and a chunky knit.

Have chosen the star print blouse as part of my uniform allowance and love it so much. A great subtle classic print, jazzed up by the feminine lace panels. Perfect teamed with skinnies or a cord miniskirt and funky ankle boots. I have also opted for the Alex leopard print dress - have been waiting what seems like months for this to arrive and am so excited to wear. The most flattering dress on my curvy figure and the print is this beautiful "mermaid" leopard, a new palette of colours for me but gorgeous and amazing teamed with burgundy or black accessories. This print also comes in a blouse, halterneck top and a kimono, which can all be found at www.mintvelvet.co.uk.

Who doesn't need loungewear? These are the snuggliest cashmere pieces and in the most gorgeous blush pink colour, perfect to snuggle up with a hot chocolate in style. I also love that attention to detail in the pieces - a touch of sparkle on the leg, a big cosy hood and my favourite....thumb holes.

And finally can't forget my feet....I love both of these options as they are so versitile. The Mia boots are a fab mix of suede and snakeprint in a deep shade of burgundy whilst the Allie trainers are a classic white style with a fresh pop of pink down the side. Both would look great styled with dresses, skirts or your favourite jeans.
